Cenote Villa
A cenote is a unique geological feature where a natural skylight forms in the ‘ceiling’ of a cave inviting in natural light to bring to light the rock formations in the cave. Its a rare phenomenon and I would generally be opposed to building a villa inside but - its Wednesday so we have our artistic licences in hand! One way of actually making this happen without ruining the natural environment would be to find a suitable cliff face and just build in the remaining cliffs after finishing the villa. With modern technology artificial rockwork can be done with sufficient levels of artistry to make this happen but…the cost would be, well, substantial. The environment envisaged in todays rill was inspired by the beautiful Benagil Cave in Portugal - but we are DEFINITELY not advocating to build a villa there, the place is perfect as it is!

Party Villa
Ibiza is without a shadow of a doubt one of the most notorious party destinations in the world. Gorgeous landscapes, perfect weather, strategic location - what else do you need more? Well, how about a stunning cliff villa to make sure you can fully enjoy the above!

Cascade Villa
For today's Wonder Wednesday we are taking inspiration from yet another natural pattern form - the water cascade.
With fluid shape and terraced layout it is an excellent design for a hillside plot, maximising the views and creating a multitude of interesting spaces.

Roman Villa
Today we are again reaching back for inspiration to the ancient times where Spain was under the influence of the Roman Empire. This design contrasts the natural rugged cliff face with the antique elegance and order of a roman colonnade. One pool is located at the clifftop which is also the roof of the villa. A second pool is dramatically locate under the colonnade where we can enjoy the gorgoeus sunsets framed by the antique columns creating a mesmerizing and unusual experience.
The design is about a game of contrasts and similarities - the natural with the refined and yet similar through its form.

Cliff Villa II
In this set we look at Art Nouveau-inspired stylistic with its botanical shapes and curvilinear forms. Art Nouveau as a design movement flourished from the late 19th to early 20th century and is known for its organic, flowing forms inspired by nature. It brings a sense of elegance and movement through the use of curvilinear shapes, intricate details, and natural motifs like flowers, vines, and leaves. Key features include ornate ironwork, stained glass, and decorative elements that blur the line between architecture and art. Art Nouveau style often has asymmetrical facades, fluid lines, and demonstrates a harmonious connection between structure and decor.

Wave Villa
Inspired by the fluid elegance and dynamism of a rolling wave this design employs parametric design techniques to link the villa with the abstraction of the surrounding sea.
